Fixed-scope project
We audit what exists (or start fresh), agree a scope and price up front, and build in short sprints with a demo every week. Typically 8–16 weeks. You own the code.
Monthly retainer
After launch, most clients keep us on a paid monthly retainer as their embedded technical team — fixing issues, shipping new features, and owning the infrastructure so this never becomes a problem again.
